There are many ways to give….Donors who wish to contribute to CCSNYS can do so in a number of ways and can place whatever restrictions they want to ensure the gift is spent in accordance with their interests – they can give cash, write a check, or charge on a credit card; they can donate gifts of stock or other appreciated assets; they can contribute through a workplace campaign using payroll deductions; or they can contribute in-kind gifts such as professional services or food and clothing. The Technical Assistance to Nonprofits & Communities (TANC) Fund
Over its 74-year history, the Council of Community Services of New York State, Inc. has grown considerably, both in size and scope. The last 20 years has been witness to the vast majority of that change. In no small part, the accomplishments of CCSNYS are due to the focused strength and vision of its Executive Director, Doug Sauer. As a tribute to this strength and vision, the TANC Fund, an endowment, will be used to create the foundation for the long-term sustainability of CCSNYS’ strength in building healthy and caring communities through the provision of technical services.
