Full Conference Rate includes all conference activities October 2nd-3rd except cash bar and other activities NOT identified in the CAMP FINANCE 2008 agenda. Rate also includes accommodations on the night of the 2nd, all meals beginning with continental breakfast on October 2nd through lunch on October 3rd (our conference will adjourn at 4:30 p.m. on October 3rdth) and Mohonk’s 15% service charge. Accommodation charges DO NOT include cash bar, room service, spa other activity fees, telephone, additional guests and other incidental charges. Traveling From Out of Town? CCSNYS has secured a very LIMITED number of rooms for the night of October 1st. Rooms will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and charged at our conference rate of $350.75 for single occupancy and $263.35 per person for double occupancy. Accommodations charges include Mohonk´s 15% service charge and meals beginning with dinner the night of October 1st.
